I have a court order stating I am not responsible for any bills in my ex husband's name. I have had my own account for years now. I was down to 5% before I had money to order. It's winter and I have 2 kids so of course I was desperate to get my order in. They refused to put in the order until I paid a 2023 bill that was in my husband's name. I chose Ferrellgas cause they were close to me. I was expecting to deal with the local dealer. No I have to go through corporate that's halfway across the country. When you call you have to wait on hold just to get a machine. I don't want machines. Then when you got your order in it takes 3 week or more to for them to fill. So when I order I have to say I'm at 30 percent when I'm actually at 50 percent by time they get here I'm at 30 percent. I will not recommend you to anyone
Friendly on the phone. Haven't gotten any email about a delivery date yet. I need to take down a section of fence for access, so a date would be great!
