I have a court order stating I am not responsible for any bills in my ex husband's name. I have had my own account for years now. I was down to 5% before I had money to order. It's winter and I have 2 kids so of course I was desperate to get my order in. They refused to put in the order until I paid a 2023 bill that was in my husband's name. I chose Ferrellgas cause they were close to me. I was expecting to deal with the local dealer. No I have to go through corporate that's halfway across the country. When you call you have to wait on hold just to get a machine. I don't want machines. Then when you got your order in it takes 3 week or more to for them to fill. So when I order I have to say I'm at 30 percent when I'm actually at 50 percent by time they get here I'm at 30 percent. I will not recommend you to anyone
Friendly on the phone. Haven't gotten any email about a delivery date yet. I need to take down a section of fence for access, so a date would be great!
Hmmm. Ordered service. That was tricky because the automated system wouldn't take the order unless I told it how many gallons I wanted. I wanted the tank filled before the winter snow as my road at 9300 feet elevation is not plowed in the winter and it cannot be delivered then. I can't tell how many gallons it would take to fill it. Finally got a live customer service rep to schedule delivery. Received email with delivery date. Good. Truck showed up on the correct date. Good. We were the fouth delivery that day. Sometimes I have to order when I'm at 40% so I get a delivery before I run out. I live 3 blocks fron the depot but they gave 1 driver and won't bring in any help. I'll go over 2 weeks waiting for a delivery
