Ferrell Gas has some issues. There AI will not get you the fuel you want. In country where I live if I don't have someone who has driven that route I get the run around. Stating the bridge is out. I have no bridge! Stating tree has fallen, No tree has fallen. It seems to be worse & worse as the years go on. AI charged me an additional $85. Crazy you have to call & beg for fuel to be delivered after you've paid for it. Have to drive your road to verify the drivers are lying. I pay good money to be treated poorly.

Last fill up had warps problem under hood the tech sprayed propane. To kill them . Also he only filled my tank 75 % usually fill up to 80% I could smell the propane in my house for awhile that morning. Is that normal way they kill pests?
Your personnel are absolutely wonderful! Your 32% price increase for 2023 reflects the misguided votes of the citizens of this country and the policies of the administration they elected. However... 32% seems a bit out of line with the inflation rate and a big hedge on the part of Ferrellgas to keep their stockholder/management happy. Dave Park
