Our gage was duck taped together and wasn’t working properly. When I called because we hadn’t received service since October and this was December they wouldn’t come out because gage read 59 percent. When we smelled gas Michael Leverich came and determined gage was broken and we had zero propane left. He was absolutely wonderful refilled the tank assured us the gage would be replaced. He apologized for problems. He is certainly a great employee.
Our delivery person is fantastic. Couldn't be happier with his service.
Love working with Ferrel Gas - we have a good friend who is a manager with them in the St. Louis area. We own our own 1,000 gallon tank. Ferrel did not have a summer-fill discount in 2024 so we filled with Pirate propane saving almost $600. We picked up another 400 gallons in a February, again from Pirate, because they were $0.70 a gallon cheaper. I’m all about brand loyalty but not when it costs me $900. You can do better than this, Ferrel Gas!
The web site is awful and I was unable to get a rep to speak with although I tried on several occasions. I am planning to cancel this account and change suppliers.
Never had a problem ordering and receiving our propane and at the area's best price....
