The web site is awful and I was unable to get a rep to speak with although I tried on several occasions. I am planning to cancel this account and change suppliers.
Never had a problem ordering and receiving our propane and at the area's best price....
My wife called Ferrellgas as well as the other LP gas companies in our area on June 28, 22. We compared their price and then ordered from the company which gave us the lowest price. (we own our LP tank) Ferrellgas was not the lowest! The next morning Ferrell's delivery truck arrived at our house and filled our tank. We HAD NOT ORDERED FROM THEM . (The bill is over $1500 dollars) We are waiting for a corrected bill equal to the amount the company with the lowest rate would have charged.
