I only have one complaint regarding the latest delivery. In all other categories I would give five stars but... I have repeatedly requested that the drivers DO NOT drive onto my lawn. Most drivers do not, but the last one (someone I hadn't seen before) did. Why can't you add to all delivery orders to deliver from the street and NOT drive on my lawn? PLEASE instruct ALL drivers to deliver from the street ONLY. Thank you.

Everyone came as scheduled until the tank was filled. I paid for a pre tank inspection then a few weeks later the guy came and filled the tank. A hose line was made up and installed. Later in winter I went to use it and there was no gas flow. I called the installer guy and he was to come look at it after two weeks of no one coming I took it to another gas company and found where the fitting were put together it pressed enough hose inside that it cut the gas flow off. If I could give zero stars, I would. I never leave bad reviews, but this time it's warranted. Their systems have been down, I understand, it happens. However, due to down systems and employees not putting things through correctly, our order has been in limbo since last Wednesday and they still have no idea when our propane will be delivered.
