I’ve had Ferrell Gas at my cabin in the woods since 1970. During that time service quality has dropped as they’ve centralized services. The personal contact with the excellent staff in Mountain Wisconsin has been compromised. My road is a two track dirt road 3/4’s of a mile off the paved road. In years past they would call me the day before delivery to make sure the road was clear for delivery. When they centralized, calls no longer happen. If you want a delivery you better have your driveway clear of snow (1" or more) I am not a happy customer.

Ferrell Gas has always been very prompt with my deliveries...in fact earlier than the date they quote me when I order a filled tank. The drivers are courteous, too. I love the company and intend to stay!
