Tank was filled a few days after request no issues
Ordered Feb 13 30 per during the week got some snow had the area cleared of snow some time it snowed about 3 inches of lite snow driver claims the snow wasn't cleared never walked in to see the 48 inch path to my was cleared on 2/22 got to check tank gage reads 0 called had a conversation with you ? Was given the same horse crap excuse had to shut down heat drain water system. I scheduled a fill for my tank a couple of weeks ago, my tank was at 33% when I put the order in. When I checked the tank after filling it was only at 57% instead of 80%. I call and talked with someone and they claimed the tank was at 20% at the time of filling which was only about 6 or 7 days after I had scheduled. There is no way it dropped 13% in one week, I have been watching my tank for over 1 year and it has never dropped more that 2 or 3 % in 1 week. I ordered a gas fill on Feb 26 when my tank was at 20%. Ferrell Gas said that they would fill my tank by March 5. The tank was not filled by March 5 so I called Ferrell Gas to ask what happened. They said that the truck came to my house to deliver on Feb 29 but I had 2" of snow in the driveway so they didn't make the delivery AND they decided to cancelled the delivery order. We got an offer for a decent price so we made arrangements for a fill. The only issue was we didn't get a fill, which is 80% of the tank capacity. The tank was way less than 80% when we checked shortly after delivery. Now we will have to fill it again sooner than we wanted. Doesn't make sense.
