Placed order for gas on 9/28. App showed that gas would be delivered on 10/05. Talked to representative on 10/07 and was told it should have been delivered already. Said account was in good standing and refill request was received. Would run it through again. Get notification on 10/11 that gas would be delivered this morning at 9:30. Still have not received but they send me an email to give a review! Definitely not a happy customer!
Ferrellgas is like family to us out here on propane. They will always go out of their way to help you and they will get to you as soon as they can-usually even sooner than they plan! The drivers are polite, professional and respectful. Ferrellgas is definitely a company I choose to use!
