Terrible customer service. We have been with Ferrell gas for several years. We requested a refill prior to the cold spell (at 45%). This was 11 days ago. We are now at 6%. We have called twice in this timeframe to request a sooner delivery date. They have told us that they cannot deliver until Friday and won't budge from that. We will run out of propane.
