I have called twice to speak with the manager and have not received a call back. I called in to see if I can get a delivery early and I was denied even with it all ready being payed. I find this very unfair I have babies in my house and was on 5% and with it being the cold winter my pipes can freeze. I was denied to get my propane 3 days early and now we are having to sit without.

I had some financial issues and it was honestly my fault that my tank ran out within a couple of days of me paying for a refill. But they didn’t care at all that my house was at 45 degrees, I couldn’t run my stove or do laundry as they postponed my delivery another three days from when it was scheduled to be delivered before the thanksgiving holiday.

Cheryl is an outstanding service representative. Her knowledge and patience are beyond a 10. I had an account access issue. Her time and her resourcefulness in solving the problem were remarkable. I have had no problems with Ferrell, I have never ran out of Propane. I use a wood stove most of the time in the winter, so my propane usage is minimal. The delivery guys are always pleasant.
