Our delivery person is always quick to deliver LP after I call the company & give them the percentage we're at. I appreciate the speedy service! **** 2 yrs later & I have to change our review. This spring when I called in our percentage for both the house & shop- it took WAY longer than normal. The guy who made the delivery apologized-said he was the manager in our area & is so short of help that he was having to do it himself. I was very disappointed with this company. They charge 50 cents/gallon more for the propane than the majority of other companies. I signed up for them to monitor and refill when needed but I ran out of gas and was charged an additional $100.00 to get out there and refill within a couple days. This was the second time they charged me this. I changed companies so I don't have to deal with this any more.
The driver was great. Rate was finally fixed after being overcharged by a dollar a gallon for a year and half was the end of any love for this company. One year being off could be a misread, two in a row is fraud.
