Worst service
I always call all of the local providers to get the best price per gallon. Usually its Ferrellgas. And I am relieved since the delivery drivers are friendly & efficient & usually someone in customer service answers the phone when I call. I especially like Ferrellgas doesn't have any tag on fees like other propane companies do!
I have paid for my gas over a month ago and no gas been delivered landlord has paid to repair the leak and once again they came out when I asked them to call to make sure I'm home came out again charged landlord another 183.59 for services and yet I still have no gas I had asked them repeatedly to call set up appointment on my day off I'm very disappointed in their services gonna start looking for a new company with better services and do not contact me call landlord you have his number
Normally they are great but took advantage of the cold snap we had and raised the price to the limit. Otherwise usually are great service.
