I called the 800 number to order gas. Phone answered by poor English speaking man ( told me to call him Johnson. ) went through all particulars to order. Bottom line without me going through all, it turns out I was talking to " Farell payment people " calling themselves " Alpha Solutions. They kept trying to run my credit card and it declining. My cards don't decline. Conversation with my card company revealed they decline anything from that company. Total Scam. Lookout Farrell Gas ! They are scamming you and your customers.... read more

They dont have a process to prioritize deliveries. If your tank has 90% or 0% if doesnt matter. If your elderly or have other critical situations you just have to wait. It took them two weeks to make my delivery with a 0% gauge in the coldest day of winter. Have service with another company for another property and they prioritize their deliveries to make sure those with the least amount dont run out.

Was not satisfied, I realize the tank was probably empty but shouldn’t 200 gallons of an 500 gallon tank equal 40%? We supposedly got 200 gallons but only registered 30% Doesn’t make sense to me. This was the first time we have had this happen in at least 15 years.

I was very pleased with the process of changing from xyz LP gas company to Ferrellgas. Everyone I talked to were professional and willing to help the process along. Friendly people and do what needs to be done. Highly recommend Ferrellgas.

I paid my past 2 months payment agreement before it was due. I was then charged for 3 days later for my payment agreement. I called Ferrell and was told that it my responsibility to inform Ferrell that I paid my bill in full in order to cancel my monthly payment agreement. Nobody informed me of this policy. I've been waiting over a week to be reimbursed. Called again and was told that they didn't know when I will be reimbursed! Extremely frustrated!
