Very helpful in setting up a new account, driver was extremely courteous and professional.
Never had a complaint with this company, excellent service, excellent drivers, excellent phone representatives,great price and like extremely that we can make monthly payments. Not one complaint in a bunch of years as a customer.
Let us freeze twice with a newborn baby. They told us to let them know when we were at 10%, when we called, they never showed. After canceling 2 months ago, they still will not pick up their tank.
Paid in full, told them I just bought the house and wouldn't be available to schedule for over a month. They tried to come out to my house WITHOUT ASKING when I wasn't even in the state and now they are charging me 50 dollars to come out again. I have 3 kids and now no hot water and they won't even come out. Tried calling them to ask them to come out, told them I have no hot water and they didn't care. I have to wait 8 days with no hot water, or way to feed my kids.
