We have been customers with Ferrellgas over 40 years. We bought our Magic Chef washer and dryer from Ferrellgas and they are still working as of today. Have never had any trouble with any of the drivers or office staff. I try really hard to catch the driver before he leaves to give him the baked treats I have on hand in the fall and winter. Thank you to one and all for your great service.
Was delivered when said.filled and attempted to hook up line, but had a leak, so i got that taken care of, they returned and he made sure of no leaks and turned the valves on. Knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy.
Terrible Service ordered tank refilled and paid up front. Never was contacted or notified if tank was filled at lake location. Still 2 weeks later have no idea if job completed or not. Terrible communication and delivery.
We will not be having the tank refilled again! Absolutely disappointed with the service. Zero reason we should have run out of gas ,except for Ferrellgas dropping the ball. At the coldest part of last winter I called and was given a delivery date. We did not get gas on the promised dateand we RUN OUT OF GAS! two children and two adults live in the house it got to 38 degrees in the house using electric heaters.
