Worst company I’ve ever worked with. There is no escalation procedure so you’ll never get beyond customer service if you have a problem
We have always received excellent service from Ferrell. Would highly recommend them!
Poor customer service. I ordered gas and was given a delivery date 10 days out. Kind of slow? After I had ordered I saw we were going to have bitter cold. I called back and explained that my wife was sick{cancer} and could we speed up the delivery. I was given a Saturday date which was 4 days sooner. I did not get a Sat. delivery, infact my delivery ended up past my original date.
