Delivery took forever and was still later than they said
Ordered and paid for propane on 1/15/26. Was given a delivery date that propane will be delivered by 2/4. Checked my tank today, 2/4, and it's now on 10% so I contact them to check on my order only to be told it will NOT be delivered today, the guaranteed delivery date. I've seen the trucks in my area three times in the last 5 days. There is no excuse for this type of service and to let a customer run out of propane in this extreme cold is inexcusable. Called multiple times the past 2 weeks to get a refill before the cold that hit 1/25 Was told they would have someone out 1/21 when my wife's grandmother was at 6% on 1/19 and gas is her only method of heat Here it is 1/25 and 7pm and they finally delivered about 2 hours ago the lady we talked to came off as rude and seemed to not care very much I sent an email on 1/23 and I'm assuming this was the only reason we ever got anything to deliver

You did not deliver when you said you would, and when I called the automated response was no help, with no explanation
