great people great service i use their automated service and they take care of the rest i dont ask or care what the price is and they have always been fair keep up the good work
I have chatted with and called these people on three occasions. When I chatted with them the excuse was that they couldn't help me in a chat. I'd have to call the 1-800 number. So, I call, explain that I simply need my tank filled (it's hurricane season) and they start out telling me not a problem. The lady told me since I was a new account and my tank required less than 40%, they would charge a $50 assessment and they would fill the tank. Great customer service department!! The rep who helped me open an account was extremely helpful. When I discovered that the amount of fuel I paid for in advance far exceeded the actual amount my tank needed, I was given a refund immediately. I would highly recommend Ferrellgas to everyone.
Lower would be more accurate over three WEEKS of rescheduling by them not me. To dark to deliver ? More excuses than I can write. I got a new company had a new tank installed and filled in less than 24 hours. Bi companies want big accounts "forget the little guy that has been a customer for over 40 years. BYE FERRELL GAS!!
One of Ferrellgas competitors treated me like they did not need me, but I needed them! Ferrellgas was just the opposite they treated me like they needed me! Very professional and delivered in a very timely manner. Blessings to you all !!!
