Took ten days to get propane and told the day they were to deliver that they couldn't deliver.. We had 15% when we ordered. We are in our 70's and both disabled. We'd just changed from wood burning stove to furnace in September and had installers out twice to fix problems. My husband was in the hospital. Phone support personal are awful and ineffective. My husband called local personal from the hospital and they got propane delivered at 11pm. Our delivery dude is great.
Absolutely horrible. Won’t give everyone a chance to fill and pay later. Leaving people to freeze. Do yourself a favor and find someone else
I called for a gas delivery when I had about 20% left. They said it would take a week but never showed up. When I followed up, they estimated another week; by then, I was down to 5%. I explained I had a newborn and was out of gas, but they said they couldn't come because their staff was maxed out on overtime. This has been a frustrating experience, and I won't be using their services again.
