Farrelgas Always delivers fairly promptly. The only down side is they're pricey. The other companies that service my area are cheaper and don't charge tank rent but Farrelgas lets me pay in installments and as a senior on social security that helps a lot. I imagine I will stay with them as my supplier

Not so pleased w/Ferrellgas after many years. Just too many little errors & unacceptable practices to overlook. Switching to a local propane provider.

I canceled my service the middle of July because the price per gallon was quoted as $3.69 and another company price was quoted as $2.39 per gallon i was leasing a tank from Ferrelgas for $69.00 per year no fee for the other company. (500-gallon tanks) .As of today October 12th the tank has not been picked up and can't be because this house is on a river that is below a lake and the only way in for a large truck to get there is to ford the river and they are dropping the lake now and access is not possible. Not dependable on delivery. I'm almost out of fuel after 3 calls. Had to buy kerosene for backup
