I had a very professional and helpful phone call with the service person. I had my question taken seriously and was called back with good resolve. I am now waiting for them to call me back to set up an appointment to check out a possible problem I may have with my propane tank behind my house.
I’ve scheduled service with Ferrell gas twice, both times they didn’t show the day they said they would and it was over a week (closer to two weeks) later when they finally did show. I almost ran out of propane because of this. They also let huge ruts because they didn’t stay on the gravel road and got into the muddy area.
I ordered propane when my tank was at 30 % Usually takes around 2 weeks to get it after 3 weeks I started calling. It seems that my order was canceled and a new order placed it could not be explained to me as to why. This is a vacation home I do not live there. I have your company furnish my gas because up until now I could count on you to not let my pipes freeze. I have a 500 gallon tank which means 400 gallons is a full tank. If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible service. We ordered propane 01-27-25 . 03-04-25 and we Finally received delivery even after six phone calls. Shameful. I have a 500 gallon tank, full tank is 400 gallons. They delivered 400 gallons which tells me my tank was empty. No one lives in this house it is a vacation home, I just try to keep my pipes from freezing. Thanks ferrell gas for nothing.
It took a month for them to send delivery and my actual bill was way more than the estimated delivery cost they sent me. Super unhappy with everything after numerous calls telling them I was super low on propane!
