I have been using Ferrellgas for over six years I am very happy with their service. I would highly recommend them.
We were supposed to be on auto refill but ran out of gas. It smelled like gas(rotten eggs) and told the girl on the phone this. She refused to have our tank filled until someone came out to make sure we didn't have a leak. My husband is a plumber and he inspected it and had no leaks. She still insisted. A very nice man came out, looked at the tank for not even a minute and said no leaks. Sent us a bill for $147.00. Very unhappy with this company. The gentleman delivering my propane bottle was polite and professional. He checked the system for leaks and advised me of the best program for my estimated propane consumption. Absolutely 5 stars.
We really needed a new tank set and filled. Ferrellgas was right there when we called. So glad we found them...great job!
