We live down a long dirt road at the far northern end of Door County past Gills Rock. I deeply appreciate the efficiency of the internet site for ordering a delivery from Ferrellgas and I am especially appreciative of Reid, our Ferrellgas driver, for always making a delivery when needed, sometimes under very adverse conditions. Thank you, Reid!
Excellent, dependable service.
After the regulator broke on my propane tank I placed a call for help and waited all day for assistance because the engineer on call didn't answer his phone (It was a Sunday). It was too late in the day when he finally arrived to get a replacement tank delivered so it was replaced the next day. If someone is on call for emergencies, they should respond immediately.
While there have been some bumps along the way, Ferrell Gas has been good about addressing the problems and coming up with good solutions. Our only wish is that they would fill propane cylinders (the 100lb) and smaller tanks for their customers again! That was so helpful—especially during maple syrup making time!
Good service but disappointed that we cannot use our Discover Card to pay the monthly bills.
