The driver showed up to my house and shut off the gas with propane still in the tank. My wife walked out to ask if she could move her car out of his way. He then cussed her out and sped off through my yard, tearing up the grass. He didn't even put any propane in my tank. Later that night i had to blead the lines to get the heat going in my house after realizing it had been shut off. This is extremely inappropriate behavior by any standard. Absolutely terrible customer service. Blew off our request twice for larger propane tank completely changing our construction schedule.
I have lived with the same driveway since 2003, and every delivery person has managed to stay between the lines -- until March. The driver not only broke down the asphalt edging, he gouged out the lawn. After two attempts to get this rectified without results, I think your customer service is unresponsive and dismissive. I will be using another service from now on.
Disappointing! I’ve been a customer for five years, I called for a “fill up” 250 gallons and mentioned that I smelled gas when I checked the gauge. Their employee came out to check meter and they charged me an extra $200. Luckily, I learned from their employee that a little gas smell is normal when temperature gets warmer. Disappointing that they gouge their long term customers!
