We live down a long dirt road at the far northern end of Door County past Gills Rock. I deeply appreciate the efficiency of the internet site for ordering a delivery from Ferrellgas and I am especially appreciative of Reid, our Ferrellgas driver, for always making a delivery when needed, sometimes under very adverse conditions. After the regulator broke on my propane tank I placed a call for help and waited all day for assistance because the engineer on call didn't answer his phone (It was a Sunday). It was too late in the day when he finally arrived to get a replacement tank delivered so it was replaced the next day. If someone is on call for emergencies, they should respond immediately.
