Called because I smelled a small leak. So I turned my propane tank off. No leak. But I wanted to fix it and get more propane. The lady said because I said I smelled some propane that it was an emergency. So I would have to pay $200 emergency fee and $100 for something else. $300 before I got anything fixed or any propane!!! I politely told her that I didn’t have a leak as it was off. But that did not deter her from her and her companies gestapo tactics. When they delivered propane driver left the check valve open so we went from 45% to 5% in about a week. Had to repeatedly call to get them to come refill, never even apologized for their driver letting 150 gallons of propane leak out.
No one could ask for a better delivery guy than Tiny. He's s friendly, efficient, and treats his customers well!
I only ordered a $300 delivery, but they filled my tank and charged me over $1,300.
Well I called in to order propane and get my 50 free gallons and was told the price was $1.80 a gallon. When delivered the price on the ticket was $1.88 a gallon. I called the office and the lady informed me that they couldn't give me my 50 free gallons and a 1.80 price per gallon. I am not happy and the next time they will email me a quote so I can hold their feet to the fire and get what I was promised.
