Worthless. If you call the number here it doesn't even go to this location. First it says that there's no account associated with your phone number as if that matters and then you're only choice is to hit the option for new accounts and then it sends you to a corporate call center. It's easy to see why all of the other reviews are so bad this company has a serious serious management problem.
Always great customer service, speedy delivery, and the best propane price.

Go to amerigas they have much better customer service! Ferrell owns the tank at the house I rent l, the tank is stuck at 20% called to have it fixed was told to hit it with a rock! A metal propane tank with a rock! Genius!!! Now they are telling me it will be $100 to come out and fix their own freaking tank!! Will be switching to amerigas as soon as this tank is empty don't waste your time with this company.
