We have had Ferrell Gas for 2 years. This year we ran out of propane and requested an emergency fill, very willing to pay the fee, but they wouldn’t. They said soonest we could be there was Monday and we had called on Friday late morning. We than ended up going through almost 400 gallons in less than 3 weeks and when requesting an emergency fill, willing to pay the fee, on a Monday morning they told us they don’t do emergency fills in our area.
