We have never had an issue with Ferrellgas. We keep check on the percentage and call in the order. We've never had to wonder or worry about running out of gas. We were told date and usually it's here a day or two before date we were given. I like this better than I thought I would. All in all, we are very satisfied with our service.
Service is very in consistent. I have an 89 year old mother who had 30% left when I called for her to refill. This was on the 12 of January and still no gas maybe before or on the 26th of January!!!! This is totally unacceptable to me for any kind of service. She now is setting at 5% and I have kept her at our house since Sunday last to make sure she is cared for and warm.
Overpriced
Driver was very curtious and had a great personality .
