I have been receiving propane from Ferrellgas for three years and have had no issues until this last winter. My tank got low during the snow storm and I put an order in the day the roads were clear to drive on. It took over a week, past the projected time that I was told my propane would be delivered, to finally get it. It was fair. We had to have the POL value had to be rebuilt and the serviceman said he would tell the office and we never heard anything from them and had to call. Then they delivered the gas and there was no notification if gas being delivered. Communication needs to be better.

We have previously had experiences that were fine. They usually take a few days-a week to bring propane, but that’s the only issue we had until recently. Unfortunately we ran out of propane a couple weeks ago. When I called Ferrell gas, they said it would be a $200 up charge to deliver the same day. $150 for the 2nd day. $100 for the 3rd. For no additional charge, they’d arrive between 3 and 14 days. I was already looking at $400 to fill it up, so anything on top of that just increased the burden. Been a customer for two years and completely satisfied with the service. Like the reminders to check the fuel level, to upgrade it on the website, so we don't run out.

This is the BEST choice for propane gas. Shelly is what customer service is supposed to be like. Very courteous and eager to help. I'm very pleased to do business with Ferrellgas in Clinton.
