I am new to Alabama, didn't know much about propane, coming from the city in Louisville KY.was we had natural gas,the operator was nice and informative,we had unusually cold weather in Alabama and it didn't so my gas only lasted a month,I had to purchase again so it gets expensive, but other than that I believe Ferrell has has the best prices and their employees are very helpful,the delivery guy sam H was very helpful he took his time to explain and make sure I had some knowledge of how to use ,thank you kind sir for making ... read more
I had no problem with my deliveries.
Terrible customer service. Called when tank was needing refilled. One week later I still hadn’t received gas. Was told it would be 9 days before they could deliver gas to my home. We ran completely out of gas with a newborn in the home because of this company! Changed to Herring Gas Company and within 18 hours of calling them I had a new tank filled with propane and a warm home!
