This time was better than the last delivery. It didn’t cost hundreds of dollars to light my handicapped brother’s pilot lights this time. The gas was delivered just in time without notification as requested. The inspector was nice and professional and said that he would wave the inspection fees this time and diagnosed that the problem was he was out of gas as discussed when the order was made. I've never used propane gas before so this service is new to me. I'm really happy w the Ferrellgas company. The delivery man explained the process and what to look (smell) for and how to report a problem. Thanks folks! (The photo shows pinecones painted like lilacs. Not related to Ferrallgas at all)
Great service! Always on time delivery and excellent maintenance of my tanks. Highly recommended.
Well....they delivered the gas. They did not inspect my ancient gas tank that I guess I'm renting or if they did I have no idea what the results are. The tank is like 60 years old. I'm sure they have some end life age? Also the delivery driver just drove across my lawn leaving large ruts. I could have guided him but he didn't bother to let me know he was there so I couldn't guide him so as to leave the least amount of damage. Not impressed generally.
