They come when they say I like the service very friendly and helpful
The left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing at Ferrellgas. New house, ordered tank, line installation, and tank of gas. Appointment made, tank delivery guy was not told that a line needed to be installed, was going to come back. After weeks I called made appointment for line install. Called them, my first time needing a propane fill in new place. They offered me a first time customer discount for $750 to fill and check lines on 500g propane tank. I called back before the appointment after reading I only need 400 gallons not 500 gallons because of the 20/80% rule and they said I would have the remaining amount credited to my account. 2 weeks after the visit I went outside to check the tank and it was at 20% and was the valve was bubbling, they never closed the valve. We have a remote cabin that is heated with propane. Depending on the weather, Ferrell Gas comes out once or twice a year to fill our tank. We order and pay online, which is super easy. Ferrell Gas is always timely with there service.
Great company and great people. Drivers are friendly, courteous, and helpful. Recommend them to anyone.
