It’s my second time requesting a refill with Ferrell Gas. I inherited this tank when I purchased our park model. At Woodhaven Lakes. My heater runs all winter, when I came to my park model the tank was turned off leaving my house with no heat for two weeks. I paid to have it filled to 80% and it was only to 65%. I was charged extra $26 for additional propane when it wasn’t even filled to 80%. If I could put 0 I would! Awful service! Told me it's their tank, came out for first fill.did no inspection on a tank that was sitting for years. Left it rusty as heck! All gauges broke, seal on the top broke! Filled it, we were at 0 in 4 weeks!! It's only used for a furnace that was only on a week! Technication came out and refused to test for a leak and said it was fine. Insulted me and his other employees and left.
