I have been their customer for over 20 years. At Christmas 2024 my propane suddenly ran out. I had been on their autofill plan for years, without problems. Suddenly they said i had been taken off the autofill plan, without explanation. And that their LP tank, on my property,and the regulator needed to be replaced. So, no heat for 48 hours. Your delivery guys are your best ambassadors. In twenty years I've never met one who wasn't nice or who wasn't one who took the time to answer a question or who didn't have a pleasant moment to say hello. You send nice people to fill my tank. Be nice to them.
