I would not recommend this sorry company to my worst enemy. I have a 120 pound tank and it’s only used for our gas logs. Ive ran the logs a total of five hours. I noticed my tank went from full which is a tad bit above 80 to allow for expansion down to 50 pounds in the little time I’ve used the logs. I contacted them for a service call because I smelled propane, they came out and found 2 leaks, one was fixed and the other was not fixable. Nothing good to say about Ferrell gas company until today! Chelsea was an incredible customer service representative on the phone during a crisis situation. She was so kind and helpful got us through the situation. I hope Chelsea gets the recognition she deserves , and she has the opportunity to train other employees on the phone to be helpful and feel valued as a customer. This company is unethical and charged me for an emergency service call after I DECLINED their service. We own our own tank, and have no obligation to have them service our tank. They showed up without my authorization, and charged me $350+ for service we did Not order or authorize! Multiple calls to customer service, and they finally removed $100 but refused to cancel the charge completely. You can’t Force your service on someone and then Force them to pay for it!
