We have used ferrellgas ever since we have moved here in 2022. Great customer service. Every woman I have chatted with is always happy and purky. And so easy to talk to. The last fill up we got the driver left us a note saying they were going to repaint my tank. We were on the schedule. I was like damn he read my mind. That was awesome. I even called to say thanks. You guys and this company is awesome.
Very nice people. Kelly I communicate by email was always polite and help answer several questions on the in ground tank installation. The tank installers were very quick on the installation.
Service and deliver were punctual. service was more than satisfactory. Greg was courteous and professional and informed me how much he filled my tank and why not a total fill, summer expansion. Always good service.
We have had wonderful service from Ferrell over the years.
I had an amazing driver who went above and beyond to help get my emergency situation taken care of quickly. Great service
