I have been a satisfied customer of Ferrell gas for many years. But lately I am very disappointed in them, they don't care about their customers anymore. You can't order gas until your on 30%, I ordered gas two weeks ago and they still can't tell me when gas will be delivered! I'm at 3% and it's getting in the teens again. I will be without heat in a day. They should be ashamed. Just read their reviews from other customers, there is a lot of customers running out of gas. I will be buying my own tank so I can dump them!
Delivery was quick! They are always courteous!
We have been using these guys for our propane needs for 3 years now. They are reliable, fairly priced, and have saved our tails on more than one occasion. Blake, our delivery driver in particular deserves some serious credit. We ran out of propane yesterday, and Blake made a special trip after his already scheduled route to get us up and running. We sincerely apprieciate this company and thier top notch service. Thank you Blake for going above and beyond, we truly apprieciate you!
I really like this company,only problem I have is I ordered and paid for 100 gallons and they put 200 gallons in and charged me another $200.
