Everything is great with you guys thanks
Spent 10 minutes on hold the first time with them just to get hung up on before anyone even said anything .Called back and spent another 20 minutes on hold for the guy to answer the phone as if he didn’t know why I was calling. Terrible customer service experience for me.
Haven't gotten my delivery yet, but just changed over after 2 years with a local competitor. Former supplier told me it would be a month before service. Ferrellgas will have me taken care of as early as tomorrow! Super friendly, professional and detailed. Will know more later, but for now, no reason to give less than 5 stars.
Always deliver propane in a timely manner and drivers are always courteous and kind. Also a great price!!Thanks Ferrell Gas!
