After purchasing our home we decided to go with a local propane company over Ferrell gas. They came and pulled their tank which was 3/4 full of propane that was included in the sale of our home and listed in the sale documents. They left us without hot water or heat with small children in the home without notification and stole propane that we paid for. Luckily Olson Oil in Fergus falls was able set up a tank quickly. Do not work with these crooks at any cost.
I bought a house where there was already a ferrellgas tank. After setting up an account and finding out we had to lease our tank we decided to switch to the company we had prior to moving. I called ferrellgas a told them i was going to switch and wanted them to come get their tank the following week after our new tank was set as to not disrupt us being able to heat our house.
