I'm a new ferrellgas customer I had my first delivery a week ago, and I definitely recommend this company when I called for information and then to place the order the person who answered the phone was very helpful and I appreciate that and the delivery driver Mr Brian was very kind but most importantly he explained everything about the tank very clearly including what to do in case smell gas.No other company had ever told me any of that before. Thank you so much ferrellgas gas.
Everyone that I have delt with at Ferrellgas has been so professional and very responsive to my requests I have gotten rapid delivery and friendly customer service . I do wish they had a pay ahead plan once a year so I could manage my unknown amounts of fuel needed that would help me plan my budget .All in all it's a super 5 star company
Experience good but my husband is a veteran n wondered if we were getting the discount.
For real this is the second place of the day that told me I could not get propane told them I had cash was told no cash in delivery 🤦♀️🤦♀️ am a single mother raising her kids alone and can not get propane to cook for them
The delivery service went fine. But it is very difficult to speak to someone by phone at your company. I have tried to reach someone because I overpaid online and never received the difference back.
