The delivery drivers have been cordial and friendly. However, Ferrellgas has had the worst service that I have ever experienced. Our family has purchased propane since the 1960's and this by far has been the worst experience and service that we have had. They have messed up every single request for the last 3 yrs and they are over $1.00 more per gallon than all other local companies. They have made multiple mistakes from billing, filling, installation, timely service, computer errors, excuses, you name it. I'm not just compl... read more

Delivery personnel are friendly and helpful. My problem has been with office personnel. I’ve called a good 5 times to resolve an issue and been told someone “with authority” will call back. I’ve yet to receive a call (no record of it on my phone/ no voicemail) but I’ve been told they have called. This has gone on for over a week, probably two. We’ve been customers for over 20 years.
