Terrible experiance. They did not deliver our gas. A customer service representative slipped up in a phone conversation we had with them when our gas ran out and told us it got delivered to the wrong house. They tried to cover that comment up and told us we forgot to put our credit card information in. They never followed up to tell us that they failed to deliver our gas and we subsequently ran out a month after it should have been delivered. I love Ferrell Gas. I've never had any problems getting my propane orders. The drivers will answer questions, to me that says a lot. Ferrell Gas as a whole company is a people oriented company.I recommend to others I know that have propane to leave the propane company they have and switch to Ferrell Gas.
Overall, my experience with Ferrellgas has been atrocious. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY. My husband, who is a Veteran, wanted to use their service as they claimed to support Veterans and offered a great deal, but when the technician arrived he was curt, rude, and dismissive. I was told our tank was inaccessible and he would not fill it unless we paid to have it moved to a new location and new lines ran. Ferrellgas is the best! I have been using them for our propane purchases for several years now. They have the best customer service, the best price and the nicest employees (who genuinely seem to like their jobs!) We have a 1,000 gallon underground tank and over the years they have checked the connection to make sure there are no leaks and all is safe.
