Five Stars. These folks were responsive and helpful. The technician Jake Williams was professional, informative and had a positive demeanor. Serious kudos. It's hard to find this type of personal service on a utility style provider. They won my business for sure!
I have been with Ferrellgas for many years. They are always great when my tank gets low and I don’t call when i should have. Great people! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!
Promises made, promises kept. Best price, customer service, maintenance around. They mean what they say and follow up to verify that it was completed to my satisfaction. Outstanding!!
Jake was very helpful providing tips about propane as he was doing the delivery: quite knowledgeable, and well-spoken - he needs a raise!
Overall they have been good with service. My complaint is they only offer "new customers " deals and nothing for their loyal customers.
