I just changed my rating to a positive. As a result of the initial review, you responded with an email to contact Ferrell Gas. That was done with the tragic circumstances described in the first review. I am thankful to say, the families propane tank has been filled today! And they will enroll in a monthly payment plan so this will not occur again. Thank you. Payment is made in full. Five Stars. These folks were responsive and helpful. The technician Jake Williams was professional, informative and had a positive demeanor. Serious kudos. It's hard to find this type of personal service on a utility style provider. They won my business for sure!
