Our delivery driver for the sparta area, tim, has been great to work with! Over the last several deliveries, he has reached out before him to ensure that it is a good time to deliver. This is especially important as my driveway is not the easiest to navigate, especially with snow or ice during the winter season. His communication ahead of time has been greatly appreciated! Super nice people. Guy that fills the propane is there until 4ish, so they directed me to the Hardware store down Black River rd which is open until later.

What a wonderful guy to have on your team! He was respectful and knowledgeable and took a moment out of his day to have a nice conversation with me.
