Super nice people. Guy that fills the propane is there until 4ish, so they directed me to the Hardware store down Black River rd which is open until later.
I've been a customer with Ferrellgas for a number of years and have always had excellent service. Driver Tim was here for a fill and I happened to be outside at the time. What a wonderful guy to have on your team! He was respectful and knowledgeable and took a moment out of his day to have a nice conversation with me. That's the type of personal service that lets the customers know that they matter.
Driver Tim Brunker and the rest of the Sparta crew do a great job keeping me happy as a customer. Very good communication.

We could tell from the moment Kerry pulled up in our driveway that he was a nice guy. We needed a new gas regulator and he explained everything he was doing in words we could understand. Our tank was run down to 3% in February and he apologized for that even if it wasn't his fault. He noticed a Crack in our dial and was going to make a special trip to replace it since it could have been the reason. He didn't have one with him. He was a Very good guy! Kudos to Kerry!
