Had them fill my tank last June, apparently they put a service valve on my tank that it didn’t need and didn’t even check my tank out to see if it needed to be replaced. Six months later and everything is leaking and that service valve was leaking. They need to train their people better.

Good luck getting gas from Ferrel gas. We paid for gas about 2 months ago but they still have not delivered. I call every day but they won't bring out the gas we paid for. They said it was because they were low on help. I'd go somewhere else. Still waiting on my gas. It's under Wade Ertzberger.

Easy to order gas. 1st femal driver delivery driver argumentative and unpleasant. Left without filling tank. I was not here when 2nd driver that I was assured would be different delivered but there seemed to be no problem there. Appreciate being able to pay in 3 monthly payments. In all the many years I have used this company I had never had such an unpleasant, rude experience as I had with 1st driver. I would not want to encounter her again.
