Have been a customer for over 20 years. Pricing is always good and service is too notch. Highly recommend!!
I ordered a a fill up and you made me WAIT THREE WEEKS for a fill up. I ran out of gas because of you. I even paid an extra amount just in case. You use to have good service. But now you just plan SUCK!
I can no longer contact my local office. I can’t get a one day notice of a delivery so I can insure a clear path to the tank. I’m considering a change in providers.
Had an order in since 12-20 was supposed to be delivered 12-27 no delivery driver stated he couldn't find my address when he drives by it just yesterday. Live 29 miles from gas depot for ferrellgas and only one road leads to us. Now rescheduled for janurary 6th. Amazing how incompetent this company has become since being with them from the begining.
Not happy 😒 been asking since 2017 for my tank to be painted promised every year that it would be still not painted
