I changed to Ferrell from another provider due to poor service. While changing to Ferrell, I requested a larger tank to be put in a new location. Everything has been effortless. Everyone that has come by has been courteous and friendly. Appointments were all on time, and the auto delivery has gone without a hitch. I highly recommend Ferrell Gas.
Delivery and payment process are top notch. However, I have been trying for a month to get access to my on line account without success. Support is dismal and worthless. Promises to follow up and resolve have never occurred!
