The last time we ordered propane, the tank was filled to 68%. We like to have it topped off to 80%. When we ordered propane we told them the tank showed 25%, so they calculated the amount we would need based on that. Three weeks later they delivered the calculated amount and it didn’t top of the tank. In order to have them deliver a full tank, we were told they needed to do a credit check for us to get a full tank. They have our credit card on file and I’m not giving a propane company a bunch of personal information to order... read more

I ordered propane 3 weeks ago before the big snow through their fake person on the phone. Evidently, the robot can't do her job, as now my propane is empty. Conveniently, they now can't deliver because of the snow.
