Do not call this company unless you plan on filling your tank every single time they will not service you unless you plan on feeling your tank
Be careful on their tank rental fees per year. In the past 4 years they have charged me a 100% increase (2 times already). I went from 25.00 dollars a tank to 50.00 dollars a tank to now 100.00 dollars a tank and I have 4 tanks. They give you no notice either on their increases. I understand that prices on everything have risen, but 100%??
On time for refills. Drivers professional and friendly.
Good service. Reasonable propane prices and transparency on fees. A great combination and something that I did not have with my prior provider.
Love Ferrellgas! Communication is top notch, prices fair, and their guys that come out to fill your tank are ALWAYS polite and professional. Recently has a gentleman by the name of Carmelo Caraballo from the Hamburg locatiom who was super friendly and professional and made a couple of suggestions to help me stay on top of my propane levels. Definitely would recommend!!
