Propane is way too expensive, they don't give senior discounts. The rent on their tanks is outrageous.
I like to fill my tank with maximum capacity. That is difficult to do with Ferrellgas, as they want to be paid ahead of time. You have to estimate and that often falls short. That's why I like Evergreen Propane. They fill it up and leave an invoice or I can pay the driver at that time. Good customer service.
I'm so thankful for Ferrell Gas. My husband worked there for many years and they are always the best. After he passed away, they still are always on time and efficient with filling my tank and being sure it's doing as it should. A big thank you for my deliverer Mark.
Advance time for delivery is poor. Never know what day or time. Scheduling would be greatly appreciated.
