When delivering my propane gas order the delivery driver decided that the hose running from the tank to the outdoor firepit was not acceptable and short filled the tank. Ferrellgas gives a 1 week window for delivery and the driver does not give notification of arrival. Unfortunately I was not home at the time of delivery. The hose was clearly marked and certified for it's installed use and the tank and system was inspected/leak checked and verified good to go by MFA Oil 4 weeks prior. Ordered online on their website, said I had 35% and they fill to 80%. Paid bill, you have to or they will not deliver, & once again, the driver took it upon his or her self to FILL the tank. I did not order a FILL, I ordered 45%. Now they once again want me to pay for the additional. Bad business. I own a business & do not ever do my business this way. I only want what I ordered & paid for, nothing more. This is the 2nd time in 3 months
