I prefer to go to the office and order my propane from them instead of calling on the phone. The lady that I deal with is really helpful and nice. I think she also enjoys talking to people in person rather then on the phone. As long as I need propane I will continue to do my business with them in person. Propane gets delivered on time exactly when they tell me it will be. Great company.

Went there to get a tank filled.They were just opening the lady working was real rude from the get go.I told her I had twenty dollars to spend on propane she said we don't sell it like that in a rude way then she rudely said she could not fill my tank it was to old. I had it recertified a year ago.So I left I went down the street to EZPropane the guy working had a hurt hand and he was nice a polite and filled my tank with no problems not like the rude lady at ferrellgas who acted she didn't want to be at work. I have been dealing with ferrellgas for last couple of years. I ordered and set everything up from Arizona for my elderly father in long beach. I have had nothing but good service. I stopped by just to say hi when I was in town last month. Very friendly. THANK YOU FERRELLGAS!

Tried calling 3 days in a row, machine answered says to expect a3 minute hold and crappy music plays for about 5-8 minutes. Someone picks up and then hangs up the phone. I was able to speak to someone the 4th day, unfortunately they were incredibly rude so I hung up. They're are 2 other propane delivery services with better customer service.
