If I could leave zero stars I would. Lack of customer service, inaccurate invoices, and inability to provide prompt solutions. After being a customer for 4 years, I contacted Ferrellgas to ask questions about an invoice we received. The original agent didn't seem to be listening and gave excuses as to why we had certain charges on the invoice (which we have never had). I really don’t understand how this company can stay in business. The ONLY reason I can see that happening is they are able to sell all the propane they can get due to excessive demand and LIMITED SUPPLY. Their delivery and scheduling is catastrophically poor. How can it POSSIBLY take ten (10) days to deliver propane? Keeping us LOCKED DOWN AWAITING DELIVERY in our FENCED AND GATED PROPERTY IS TOTALLY INEXCUSABLE!

They always show up and keep our tank adequately filled. Very seldom have any direct contact. They fill it up and send me a bill. Been happy with their service for 45 years.
