I have had a couple issues with ferrellgas. Last one is that I was about to run out of gas 4 Days before the big snow storm that we had this winter not to mention the temperature was dropping well beyond freezing. I have 2 younger kids at home. And when I called to have a delivery done they said they could not deliver anything because I needed $300 dollar on top of the $420 that they had sitting in there office. They still have the $420 sitting in there. I will NOT nor 3 of my family members be dealing with ferrellgas again.... read more

Great customer service from the person who took the order to the man who delivered the propane.
Great service and prompt delivery!
Service and website are good. Easy to use convenient, prompt. However, customer appreciation is lacking. The invoice is full of Hazmat fees, fuel surcharge, tank rental fee, and even a charge for signing a contract for gas, to name a few. You would think a platinum member in good standing would get a reward. These fees should not be endured by customers who sign contracts and pay on time and agree to a membership and are tenured customers.
