Not customer friendly. The above reviewer is correct. It is difficult to get anyone on the phone. If you call the 800 #, you could end up getting a representative anywhere in the country. I have been a good customer for 4 years - kept up to date with bills until recently. When I called the local office to try to discuss an overdue bill and remain on the budget plan, I was told they could not help me and gave me another number to call. i was thinking about switching from griffith to ferrel and when i talked to the lady at ferrel she was very nice and we set up to have them fill the tanks at 1 well come 1 two days later they never showed i called to find out what was going on and they told me that they couldnt come out maybe they could the next day (i was very upset being out of gas for days without a shower!!!!) and i told them no they said they would be there and they should have been there and then the guy has the nerve to tell me that since im upset it ... read more
