Would be a 0 star if it was possible. Worse gas company ever. 4 years ago I told them to come get the tank that I want going to use it, they did not note it and said I wanted to set up a account, now I’m facing collections. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER!! Worse people to deal with too!

I have been a customer of Ferrell gas for about 5 years. At our other house there was an issue removing the tank from our account when we sold the house. We wanted to install a generator at our new house so we called Ferrell gas to install a tank. We had an 8am appointment. The woman called a week before and confirmed the 8am time. I just spoke to Amanda and she was wonderful. Knowledge about my concerns and helped me to know what steps I needed to take to get my gas tank replaced. It’s soo nice to feel that they have your situation under control. Amanda was such a delightful person that helped me soo much!
Great customer service! The associate who assisted us was Jacob Mabry, he made sure that everything was working well, gave us helpful information plus he even took off his shoes before he went inside our house since we have a little one who crawls everywhere already! You rarely see that nowadays. Thank you for that!
