Absolutely horrible customer service, woman on the phone was extremely rude I would never recommend this company! Save your self the trouble and look elsewhere!
Took our money and haven't delivered. Our tank was on 11% when we ordered last week, a fact they know because they can read the gauge from afar. We paid for our propane and they were supposed to deliver on Weds. Here it is, Friday of the following week and we're at 5%. Completely disregarded our calls and give platitudes and lip service. We have been trying to get them to fix a leak in our rented propane tank for MONTHS. They keep telling us they put it in to schedule, they have it scheduled, or they will schedule it and finally when we pushed them for answers they got defensive and annoyed. Meanwhile, we are paying for gas that’s leaking. I’m currently looking for how we change companies.
